Keto Sausage Dip from

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. hot Italian sausage, casings removed
(Substituting with
Vermont Smoke & Cure Gourmet Summer Sausage as a yummy, casing free, healthier alternative or our original
1oz Uncured Smoked Pepperoni Pork sticks.)
2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 (10-oz.) can Rotel Chopped tomatoes, for topping
Freshly chopped parsley, for topping
Chips, for serving
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet over medium heat, add sausage and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, 6 minutes. Drain fat. Return meat to skillet and add cream cheese, cheddar, and Rotel. Cook until melted, 5 minutes. Top with tomatoes and parsley. Serve warm with chips.
