That's why we offer 3 turkey flavors:

1. Uncured Turkey Pepperoni - our best seller features paprika, fennel and garlic for a satisfying snack with classic pepperoni flavors.

2. Oven Roasted Turkey - features aromatic seasonings to deliver a homestyle flavor in every bite. In our signature style, as a bonus, we finished this stick with a touch of Hickory smoke to really drive home on flavor. We know you’ll enjoy our special Smokehouse recipe! 

3. Hot & Spicy Turkey - starts off with a smokey, American Southwestern meets “dads spicy chili” blend of flavors. Then BAM the heat from a perfect mix of chiles, & chili peppers, spices, and herbs hit you. The key is this stick brings the hot and spicy without sacrificing the flavor!

We have 3 flavors of turkey sticks made on-site at our facility in Hinesburg, VT. All of our meat snacks are made in small batches from animals raised without antibiotics or added hormones.  They are also made without sodium nitrate, except for nitrates naturally occurring in celery juice powder and sea salt. All of the products we produce are free from the following Major Food Allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame.
