We ship to anywhere in the United States! Get free shipping on orders over $31 (after discounts have been applied). There are times when we are temporarily out of stock of some items. If any of the items for your order are out of stock such that it will delay shipping of your order for a week or more, we will notify you regarding when you can expect to receive your order. Our web orders ship via UPS or USPS.



If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You must provide the Best By Date stamped on the product you purchased for a Customer Service representative to be able to address your claim. Click here

  • If you purchased from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon directly to ask for a refund and/or replacement.

We are small batch production using natural ingredients so unfortunately sometimes these production issues occur. But we actively work to track and rectify them and want to honor your purchase as we appreciate your business.

Undeliverable Orders

In the event your order is flagged as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You may be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus any additional shipping fees.
