How does it work?

On the product page, choose the "Subscribe and save 10%" option and a dropdown will appear for you to choose your delivery interval:

  • Meat sticks can be delivered every 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.
  • Smoked Pepperoni and Summer Sausage can be delivered every week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks.

Click Add to Cart. Go to checkout and check out as usual! Your card will be charged for this order and automatically on the day of you next shipment.

Can I use discount codes/coupons with my subscription?

The 10% off received with your subscription cannot be combined with other offers. 

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Login to your account.  The login email is the same as the one used when you ordered the subscription product. On the right-hand sidebar, click on Manage Subscriptions to see and make updates to your subscriptions. 

How do I skip a delivery?

Once logged in, select the Billing Schedule tab on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery you can click Skip to the right of each one.

How do I cancel a delivery?

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab. Next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

How do I update billing information?

Once logged in, select the Billing Information tab to find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. The billing address is not the same as the shipping address. Edit the billing address only if the address tied to your credit card has changed.  

How do I updated shipping information?

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

How do I add another product to my subscription?

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
