As many of you may know, we have big plans to have our Raw Room running seven days a week! You will be responsible for overall operating performance within the Raw department with the willingness and motivation to work side by side your team. Works with Production Supervisor and other Leads to streamline efficiency of production with emphasis on safety, food safety, quality, effective communication, and improving financial results. Oversees all process documentation, execution of improvement strategies, and training programs to assure consistency of operational tasks, cost reduction, space utilization and workplace safety. Trains, supervises, motivates, and develops team.
