We have 3 flavors of turkey sticks made on-site at our facility in Hinesburg, VT. All of our meat snacks are made in small batches from animals raised without antibiotics or added hormones. They are also made without sodium nitrate, except for nitrates naturally occurring in celery juice powder and sea salt. All of the products we produce are free from the following Major Food Allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame. The only exception to this is the Maple Teriyaki flavor we had been producing with sesame oil is in market with a best by date of 12/4/22. We have a validated cleaning process that prevents any cross-contamination in between production runs, so this allergen is not a concern for the rest of the line.
