Job Description
The Customer Service Associate is a pivotal role with VT Smoke & Cure. This person is a wizard on the computer with significant data entry responsibilities as well as providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Associate works with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to manage administrative support for retail and wholesale customers. Job responsibilities include processing incoming orders, order allocation, managing out of stock, receiving customer questions or complaints, and resolving to the customer’s satisfaction. The ideal match is someone with a mix of data entry as well as customer service skills who can work efficiently to meet deadlines. This position’s schedule will be Monday through Friday during office hours. Position is located at the Hinesburg, VT office.

Candidate Has:
- Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience working in customer service, an office setting or data-entry type roles
- HS Diploma or GED
- Preferred:
- 2 years of customer service and data entry experience
- Prior experience working in a business-to-business environment
