Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Member is responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, distribution, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role also involves maintaining organized inventory systems and providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication.

Major Job Responsibilities
Receiving:
- Receive and distribute incoming items while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Order Fulfillment:
- Accurately build pallets and orders.
- Prepare invoices and record lot code data.
- Arrange shipments using a standard list of trucking companies, ensuring timely delivery and proper invoicing.
E-commerce Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and ship internet orders, including creating UPS and USPS shipping labels and tracking shipments.
Customer Service:
- Respond to phone inquiries from wholesale, retail, and potential customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Handle product donation requests per company policy and maintain records of donations.
- Regularly monitor and organize cooler contents to ensure proper storage and inventory accuracy, following First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles.
- Identify and report any damaged or compromised products in the cooler, taking appropriate action to remove them from inventory.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, temperature logs, and maintenance activities related to cooler management.
- Arrange products within the cooler to maximize space and facilitate easy access during order fulfillment.
Job Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Previous forklift operation experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A strong willingness to learn is essential

Expected Hours of Work: Standard hours of work are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday but depending on shipping priorities, you may occasionally be required to arrive early or stay late to ensure all tasks are completed.
